NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Highland Beach Board of Appeals will conduct a public hearing in connection with an appeal filed by AnneMarie Henderson and Christine Henderson Shuck (the “Applicants”).

The Applicants are appealing the decision of the Highland Beach Planning and Zoning Commission dated March 24, 2026, which denied their application for approval of a new shed on the subject property. In connection with this appeal, the Applicants are also seeking a variance from applicable zoning requirements.

PURPOSE OF HEARING

The purpose of the hearing is to receive testimony and evidence regarding the Applicants’ appeal dated April 14, 2026 of the Planning and Zoning Commission’s decision above, consider the Applicants’ request for a variance, and provide an opportunity for all interested persons to be heard.

PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
