Highland Beach Citizens Association

Highland Beach Citizens Association (HBCA) promotes the interests, concerns, and welfare of the property owners and residents of the Town of Highland Beach.

The HBCA is comprised of residents who come together to address local issues, advocate for common interests, and foster a sense of community. The HBCA organizes events for members, such as the Juneteenth Celebration, the annual Fourth of July Parade and Picnic, as well as events for children. The HBCA also facilitates communication between residents and works on projects to improve the community’s quality of life, such as neighborhood beautification/clean-ups, safety initiatives, and social gatherings.

All adult family members (18 and over) who are part of households located in Highland Beach and/or are registered owners of undeveloped property within Highland Beach are eligible to join the HBCA.

Annual dues are $75 per household, and members are entitled to participate in all of the activities of the HBCA.

Meetings are held monthly on the third Saturday of each month between April and October in the Town Hall, unless otherwise announced.

The HBCA serves as a platform for residents to voice concerns, share ideas, and collaborate on initiatives that benefit the Town of Highland Beach as a whole.
